Returns, exchanges and your right to cancel
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something didn't turn out as expected, here are your options.
10-day right to cancel
You can cancel your purchase within 10 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. To do so, use our order cancellation page or write to us through our contact page with your order number.
The product must be returned in the same condition you received it, with all its accessories and, if possible, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs for cancellations are covered by us.
Defective products
If your product arrives defective or stops working during the warranty period, contact us through our contact page with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We'll offer a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the product, we'll notify you by email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
